▶ 팬클럽 선예매 안내사항
- 팬클럽 선예매의 경우 1차, 2차 예매로 나누어 진행될 예정이며, 각 선예매 기간별 예매 가능한 좌석은 상이합니다.
- 팬클럽 1차 선예매는 뉴이스트(NU’EST) OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2기 회원 분들에 한해 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 2차 선예매는 뉴이스트(NU’EST) OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2.5기 회원 분들에 한해 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 별다른 인증절차 없이 뉴이스트(NU’EST) OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2기 및 ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2.5기 가입 시 사용했던 인터파크 아이디로 로그인 후 예매하실 수 있습니다.

2019 NU’EST FAN MEETING <L.O.Λ.E PAGE> 글로벌 페이지(영문,중문,일문)에서만 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 1차 선예매는 9월 24일 (화) 20:00부터 23:59까지 4시간 동안 진행됩니다.
- 팬클럽 2차 선예매는 9월 27일 (금) 20:00부터 23:59까지 4시간 동안 진행됩니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 회당 1인 1매까지 예매할 수 있으며, 3회 공연 모두 예매하실 수 있습니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 회원들도 일반예매 시 매수제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다.

▶ 일반예매 안내사항
- 일반예매는 9월 30일 (월) 20:00 부터 진행됩니다.
- 회당 1인 2매까지 예매하실 수 있습니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시에 회당 1매씩 추가로 구매 가능합니다.
- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다.

▶ 휠체어석 예매 안내사항
- 휠체어석 구매는 2019년 10월 1일 (화) 오전 10시부터 인터파크티켓 고객센터(1544-1555)를 통해 전화예매만 가능합니다. (*고객센터 운영시간 오전 9시~오후 6시)
- 본 공연의 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며, 동반 1인 포함 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 공연당일 휠체어 이용+장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)과 본인 신분증(실물)확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어지며, 미지참시 예매자 및 동반 1인도 입장이 불가합니다.
(*복지카드를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 구매가 불가합니다.)
- 휠체어석 예매티켓은 현장수령만 가능하며 구매자 본인 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다.
(*대리 수령 및 양도는 불가합니다.)

▶ 티켓 구매 유의 사항
본 공연은 인터파크에서 단독 판매로 진행되며, 그 외의 경로로는 티켓을 판매하지 않습니다.
지정예매처를 통하지 않고, 개인 거래, 인터넷 중고 거래 사이트 및 기타 방법으로 구매한 티켓은 취소 및 환불이 불가능하며, 사전 통보 없이 무효처리 되거나 법적인 조치가 있을 수 있습니다.
개인간의 직거래나 불법 사이트의 예매 대행 서비스 등으로 인한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있고, 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처는 책임이 없으며 이로 인하여 발생한 문제를 해결해 드릴 수 없음을 알려드립니다. 이와 관련된 피해를 당하시는 일이 없도록 각별히 주의해주시기 바랍니다.

▶ Ticket Sales Schedule (KST)
- Fan Club 1st Presale : September 24th, 2019 (Tues) 8:00PM ~ 11:59PM

- General Sale : September 30th, 2019 (Mon) 8:00PM onward

▶ Fan Club Presale Details
- For the Fanclub Presale, it will be divided into the 1st and 2nd period. Seats sold are different for each presale period.
- Only NU’EST OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2nd members are entitled to reserve a ticket during Fan Club 1st Presale period.
- Only NU’EST OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2.5th members are entitled to reserve a ticket during Fan Club 2nd Presale period.
- To purchase a presale ticket, you do not need extra authorization but must sign in with your INTERPARK ACCOUNT that was used when signing up for NU’EST OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2nd or ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2.5th membership.
- If you’ve signed up for NU’EST OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2nd or ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2.5th membership on the Korean site, you can only reserve fan meeting tickets through the Korean page for 2019 NU’EST FAN MEETING <L.O.Λ.E PAGE>.
- If you’ve signed up for NU’EST OFFICIAL FAN CLUB ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2nd or ‘L.O.Λ.E’ 2.5th membership on the Global site, you can only reserve fan meeting tickets through the Global page (English, Chinese, Japanese) for 2019 NU’EST FAN MEETING <L.O.Λ.E PAGE>.
- Fan Club 1st Presale will only run from 20:00 to 23:59 KST (4 hrs) on September 24th, 2019 (Tues).
- Fan Club 2nd Presale will only run from 20:00 to 23:59 KST (4 hrs) on September 27th, 2019 (Fri).
- Each person can purchase only 1 ticket per show day during the Fan Club Presale period, and can purchase for all three show days.
- Any member who purchased tickets during the Presale period can still purchase an additional ticket within the ticket limit during the General Sale period.

▶ General Sale Details
- The General Sale will open at 20:00 on September 30, 2019 (Mon).
- Each person can purchase up to 2 tickets (Including Fan Club Presale ticket) per show.
- If you’ve already purchased a ticket during the Fan Club Presale, you can only purchase 1 additional ticket per show during the General Sale.
- The General Sale will consist of remaining seats from Fan Club 1st and 2nd Presales.

▶ Wheelchair Accessible Seat Reservation Details
- Wheelchair Accessible Seat reservation will be available through the phone from 10AM (KST) on October 1, 2019 (Tues) via INTERPARK TICKET Customer Service Center (1544-1555) only. (*Customer Service Center operation hours: 9AM to 6PM KST)
- There is no seat in the Wheelchair Accessible Zone. The Wheelchair Accessible Seat is only for wheelchair users, and is restricted to 2 tickets per person, including 1 companion.
- Please present your Wheelchair usage + Disability registration card (or welfare card) along with your identification card (hard copy) upon claiming your ticket on the show day. Neither the purchaser nor the companion will be allowed to enter the venue without the aforementioned documents. (Even if you have a welfare card, if you don’t use a wheelchair, you will not be able to purchase a Wheelchair Accessible Seat)
- The Wheelchair Accessible Seat tickets can only be claimed by the actual purchaser on the show day on site. (Tickets cannot be claimed by or transferred to a third party)

Any ticket purchased through an unauthorized party, individual transaction, online secondhand transactions, etc., instead of the official ticket site, is not entitled to refund or cancellation and may also be subject to invalidation or legal action without prior notice. The purchaser is solely responsible for any problem that arises from purchasing a ticket through an individual transaction, illegal ticket reserving website, or any unauthorized party.
